Bill Tetro gave a detailed treasurer’s report. After all check have cleared the check register balance is $3,310.11.
Contributions were discussed. Kay will contact Dayton Shepherd and ask him to send out the request forms and set up a committee meeting.

MO-KAN delegates will be John Hubert, Dayton Shepherd, Elaine McCoy, Bill Tetro, and Jeanne Tetro.

Next board meeting we will discuss the Wall of Fame. Larry Benton will present candidates. Questions will be limited to five minutes for each candidate. John will check into receiving the written information from Larry early so the board can have time to read the bio before the meeting. Everyone felt it would help us make a more thoughtful decision.

Sara gave a report on Bunco. We are good on all the supplies. The big dice have been located and are in the shed. Dickies BBQ will cater our meal. It will include two meats, three sides, and they provide all the paper products. Sara will have a sign-up sheet at the meeting for desserts.

An Extreme Bowling Meeting will be held after the board meeting. At last report, we have almost 32 teams and some good silent auction items.

Our speaker for the April meeting will be Gary Moreau from Worldwide Mobility. He will also have pictures of the cart we painted last June.
Tim has good ideas for future speakers the last two months.

There will be sign-up sheets for the spaghetti dinner for desserts, working, and clean-up at the March meeting.
The motion to adjourn was made and seconded.
The meeting was adjourned.
